Problem
Kerr Street Mission needed to raise awareness and increase donations, but without reducing the work to abstract messaging or generic appeals. The challenge was to make the need feel real and timely, while respecting the dignity of the people they serve.
Solution
We built the film around real people and real moments, focusing on the truth that needing help isn’t constant — but when it happens, timing matters. By anchoring the story in lived experience rather than statistics, the video positioned Kerr Street Mission as present for the moments that matter most.
